Administration
Manage users
Administrators find accounts, lock or unlock them, change roles and delete users on the “Users” page in the “System administration” group.

Steps
- In the sidebar, open the “System administration” group → “Users”.
- Choosing a “Role” or “Status” filters the list right away. To search by name or email, type in the search box and press Enter or click “Filter”. The list shows 50 accounts at a time; click “Load more” at the bottom to see the rest.
- Change the role with the dropdown on each row (“Students”, “Teachers”, “Administrators”), then confirm in the “Change role?” box.
- Click “Lock” to stop the account from signing in, or “Unlock” to let it be used again.
- To delete an account: click “Delete” → read the warning → “Continue” → “Delete account”. The account is closed, its personal details (email, full name, phone number, profile picture) are removed and it disappears from the list; classes, exams, attempts and scores are kept and shown under the name “Deleted account”. This can't be undone.

- Your own account's row says “Your account” and has no role selector and no “Lock” or “Delete” button.
- There's no server monitoring screen in the interface.
