Terms of Use

Bút Nghiên is developed and operated by TAM DANG EDUCATION TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED. By creating an account or taking an exam on Bút Nghiên, you agree to the terms below. Last updated October 10, 2026.

  1. 1. Scope of service

    Bút Nghiên helps teachers create exams, assign them to classes, run exam sessions and view results. The available features are what you see after signing in. Bút Nghiên makes no commitments about user numbers, does not guarantee that the system will be available at all times, and does not replace the school's exam regulations.

  2. 2. Accounts

    You are responsible for keeping your password and signed-in devices secure. Signing up with email requires a verification code sent by email. Do not use another person's account to take exams on their behalf. If you find that your account has been used without permission, change your password immediately in Settings.

  3. 3. Exam and class content

    Teachers are responsible for question content, exam timing, who may take the exam and the score release policy. Students only see the exams and results allowed by the exam settings. Do not post unlawful content, do not copy other people's materials without the right to do so, and do not use classes to spread spam.

  4. 4. Taking and submitting exams

    Exam time is determined by the server. Answers are saved progressively as you choose them. If you submit several times within the same attempt, the system keeps the first valid submission to avoid overwriting results. Teachers can limit the number of attempts and the period during which the exam is open.

  5. 5. Rights to content

    Questions, exams and files you upload remain the responsibility and property of their creator. Bút Nghiên stores and displays that content in order to run classes and exams. The guides, knowledge articles and sample questions on the public pages are written by Bút Nghiên.

  6. 6. Stopping use and account suspension

    You can stop using the service by not signing in again, or by deleting your own account in Settings after confirming a verification code sent by email. Which data is removed and which is kept is described in the Privacy Policy. Administrators may lock or delete accounts if they detect cheating, abuse, or behavior that damages the system.

  7. 7. Limitation of liability

    Bút Nghiên provides the platform “as is”. Network or browser problems, or a lost connection, may affect an exam session. Teachers should have a backup plan for important exams. Bút Nghiên is not responsible for exam content written by teachers or for the school's academic decisions.

  8. 8. Changes to these terms

    When the terms change, the update date at the top of this page will be revised. Continuing to use Bút Nghiên after this page is updated means that you have read the new version. Send questions about these terms via the Contact page.
